Age Policy (18+ Only)

1. Minimum age requirement

The Service includes social discovery, user-generated content, private messaging, and features intended exclusively for adults. It is not designed for children or teenagers.

2. Your representations

When you create an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to use an adult social platform in your location.

Providing false age information is a serious violation of our Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to authorities where appropriate.

3. No knowing collection from minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user is underage, we will take steps to disable the account and delete associated personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

4. Enforcement measures

Milox does not provide comprehensive age verification for all users at registration. Enforcement relies on user honesty, community reports, and investigative review. We make no guarantee that all underage users will be detected or removed immediately.

• Removal of accounts suspected to belong to minors.
• Removal of content associated with underage users.
• Permanent bans for users who facilitate minor access or misrepresent age.
• Cooperation with law enforcement where required by law, especially in cases involving child safety.
• Use of reports, automated signals, and human review — without guarantee of detecting every violation.

5. Prohibited conduct involving minors

Any attempt to contact, groom, exploit, or share sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

6. Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created a Milox account, contact us immediately at support@milox.in or through our Contact page with relevant details. We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.

Milox is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Service by minors who circumvent age restrictions through false information or third-party devices.

7. Regional considerations

Some jurisdictions impose additional age or consent requirements for online services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Milox complies with local law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milox is not liable for harm arising from underage access to the Service, misrepresentation of age by users, or interactions between users that occur on or off the platform. Users and guardians bear responsibility for appropriate supervision of minors’ internet use.
