Community Guidelines

1. Respect and consent

• Treat others with dignity. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, and targeted abuse are prohibited.
• Hate speech, slurs, dehumanization, or attacks based on protected characteristics are not allowed.
• Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual advances, pressure for explicit content, or repeated contact after someone has declined are prohibited.
• Consent is required in all interactions. Respect when someone blocks you, declines interest, or asks you to stop.

2. Honesty and authenticity

• Do not impersonate another person, celebrity, brand, or organization.
• Do not operate catfish, scam, or deceptive accounts.
• Do not misrepresent your age. Milox is strictly 18+.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate discovery, or harass users.
• Commercial spam, unsolicited promotion, affiliate farming, and repetitive automated messaging are prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Milox.
• Do not use Milox as a marriage bureau, paid rishta service, or commercial matrimonial listing board. Personal profile fields are not verified matrimonial biodata.

3. Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance. See our Child Safety Standards.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, or sharing private media without consent.
• Prostitution, escort advertising, compensated sexual services, or paid companionship solicitation.
• Graphic violence, gore intended to shock, or content glorifying serious harm.
• Content promoting terrorism, human trafficking, or exploitation.
• Instructions for illegal activity, weapons trafficking, or dangerous substances where prohibited by law.
• Doxxing: publishing private personal information of others without consent.
• Malware, phishing links, or attempts to steal credentials or financial information.

4. Financial and scam behavior

• Do not solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or financial assistance from other users.
• Do not run romance scams, investment scams, or impersonate support staff.
• Do not request one-time passwords (OTPs), bank details, government IDs, phone contacts, live location, or remote access to devices.
• Report suspicious accounts rather than engaging.

5. Privacy and safety

• Do not ask other users for their contact list, phone number, home address, or GPS location as a condition of chatting.
• Do not share another person’s private information without permission.
• Do not attempt to locate, track, or surveil users against their wishes.
• Do not use Milox to coordinate illegal offline activity.
• Follow our Safety resources when considering offline meetings.

6. Intellectual property

• Post only content you have the right to share.
• Do not upload copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use.
• Respect trademarks and brand identities.

7. Platform integrity

• Do not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without authorization.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to create accounts or send messages.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload platform systems.
• Do not circumvent moderation, blocks, or safety features.

8. Reporting and cooperation

Use in-app report and block tools when you encounter violations. Provide accurate context. False or malicious reports may themselves result in enforcement action.

Cooperate with moderation requests when contacted about your account or content.

9. Enforcement

Milox may take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations, including removing content, limiting visibility, restricting features, issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users.

We are not obligated to provide prior notice in cases involving severe harm, legal requirements, or urgent safety risks.

Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion. There is no guarantee of appeal outcomes.

10. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your conduct and content on Milox, including any legal consequences under applicable law. Milox is a platform for user-generated content and does not pre-screen all activity. Your interactions with other users — online or offline — are at your own risk. Milox is not liable for disputes between users arising from posts, messages, or meetings.
