Delete Your Milox Account

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username, display name, bio, and profile photos.
• Your posts, comments, likes, and interests associated with your account.
• Your private messages and conversation history, subject to retention exceptions below.
• Your Milox Points balance and rewards history tied to the account.
• Your notification preferences and in-app settings.

What may be retained

Even after deletion, certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary or permitted by law, including:

• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse investigation logs.
• Records of reports you made or reports made against you, where retention supports safety or legal compliance.
• Backup copies that are purged on a rolling schedule (typically within 30–90 days).
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you.
• Information we must retain to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms.

Cannot log in?

If you cannot access your account, email support@milox.in from the email address associated with your Milox account. Include your username if known. We may ask for verification before processing deletion.

Milox is not responsible for deletion requests sent from unverified email addresses or for accounts you cannot prove ownership of.

Active subscriptions and third parties

If you subscribed to any paid features through a third-party app store, cancel subscriptions separately through that store. Deleting your Milox account does not automatically cancel third-party billing.

Effect on other users

Content you shared with others (for example, messages already delivered) may remain visible to recipients until their clients refresh or according to product behavior. Milox does not guarantee retroactive removal of all copies from recipients’ devices or caches.

Re-registration

After deletion, you may create a new account unless you were permanently banned for Terms violations. Previous usernames may not be available. Milox Points and history from the deleted account are not restored.

Processing time

Deletion is typically processed within a reasonable period after confirmation, but timing may vary due to technical queues, backups, or legal holds. Milox makes no guarantee of immediate removal from all systems.

No liability for deletion

You are solely responsible for exporting any information you wish to keep before deletion. Milox is not liable for loss of data, Milox Points, connections, or content resulting from account deletion, whether initiated by you or by us for policy violations.
