1. Platform-only service — not a marriage bureau

Milox provides technology that allows adults to create profiles, publish content, express interest in other users, and communicate through messaging features. Milox is not a marriage bureau, matrimonial website operator, rishta broker, matchmaking agency, dating agency, employment service, private investigator, background-check provider, therapist, legal advisor, financial advisor, or emergency response service.

Milox does not guarantee marriage, engagement, relationship success, compatibility, caste or religion suitability, or any particular social outcome. Software features such as “discover”, “interest”, or “match” are not matrimonial guarantees.

We do not guarantee that any user will find a relationship, friendship, marriage, or any particular outcome through the Service.

2. User-generated content and legal responsibility

All profiles, posts, comments, photos, and messages are created by users, not by Milox. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or safety of user-generated content.

If a user posts illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content, primary legal responsibility rests with the user who posted it, subject to applicable law. Milox may remove content and cooperate with lawful requests but does not assume ownership of user posts.

Opinions expressed by users are their own and do not reflect the views of Milox.

You may encounter content that is offensive, inaccurate, or harmful. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

3. No verification of users

Milox does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, marital status checks, or income verification on all users. Users may misrepresent age, appearance, location, intentions, or identity.

Any trust you place in another user is solely your decision and responsibility.

4. Offline interactions

Milox is not responsible for any meeting, communication, dispute, injury, loss, or harm that occurs between users online or offline.

Decisions to share personal information, travel, send money, or meet in person are made at your sole risk. Follow our Safety guidance and use common sense.

5. Milox Points and virtual features

Milox Points and similar virtual features have no guaranteed monetary value unless explicitly stated in writing. Milox may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual features at any time without liability, except where prohibited by law.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes medical, mental health, legal, financial, or relationship advice. Seek qualified professionals for such matters.

7. Service availability

The Service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons. Milox does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8. Third-party advertisements

Milox may show third-party advertisements, including through Google AdMob and rewarded video ads. Milox does not control ad creative, advertiser claims, matrimonial or dating offers in ads, or landing pages after you click an ad.

Any transaction, loss, or dispute with an advertiser is between you and the advertiser (and ad network). See our Advertising & Third-Party Ads Policy.

9. Third-party links and services

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, apps, or services. Milox does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, products, or conduct. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MILOX AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REPUTATION, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.
