1. Nature of the Service

Milox is an online technology platform that enables adults to create profiles, publish content, discover other users, express mutual interest, and communicate through private messaging features. Milox provides software tools only. Milox is not a dating agency, marriage bureau, matrimonial service, rishta broker, wedding planner, astrologer, pandit service, matchmaking agency, employment service, background-check provider, private investigator, therapist, legal advisor, or emergency response service.

Milox does not arrange marriages, verify dowry or caste claims, conduct family negotiations, guarantee a life partner, or provide matrimonial counselling as a licensed service. Any reference to “match”, “interest”, or “discover” describes optional social software features — not a promise of marriage, relationship success, or compatibility.

We do not interview, vet, verify, or guarantee the identity, intentions, criminal history, marital status, religion, caste, income, medical condition, age, location, or truthfulness of any user. All user profiles, posts, messages, and media are user-generated. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to register for or use the Service. By using Milox, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe belongs to a minor or violates our Age Policy. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account registration and security

• You must provide accurate, current information where requested and maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate the platform, or harass others.
• You may not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent affiliation, or use another person’s identity without authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines, Safety resources, and all applicable local, national, and international laws. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any person.
• Share non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, or exploitative content of any kind.
• Offer or solicit prostitution, escort services, compensated sexual acts, or paid companionship through Milox.
• Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, money solicitation, or deceptive schemes.
• Promote illegal goods, services, or activity.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the Service, or interfere with platform operations.
• Use automated means to create accounts, send messages, or extract data without our written permission.
• Circumvent safety, moderation, or privacy features.
• Request or pressure other users to share phone contacts, location, financial details, or identity documents.

5. User content, responsibility, and license

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or upload (“User Content”), subject to the license below. You are solely and exclusively responsible for your User Content and for all legal consequences of posting, sharing, or transmitting it, including under applicable criminal, civil, defamation, obscenity, intellectual property, and information-technology laws in India and your jurisdiction.

If your User Content is illegal, harmful, false, defamatory, infringing, or violates these Terms, you — not Milox — bear primary responsibility. Milox may act as an intermediary platform that hosts user content and may remove or restrict content in accordance with law and our policies, without assuming ownership of user posts or liability for user acts.

By submitting User Content, you grant Milox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and technical delivery), display, perform, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to operate, improve, promote, and secure the Service and to enforce these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

We may remove or restrict access to any User Content at any time, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or poses risk to users or the platform. Removal does not shift legal liability for that content from you to Milox.

6. Milox Points, rewarded ads, and virtual features

Milox may offer virtual points, credits, or similar features (“Milox Points”) as part of the Service, including points earned from optional rewarded video advertisements. Milox Points have no cash value, are not property, are not transferable outside the Service, and cannot be exchanged for money unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Milox Points rules, earning rates, ad rewards, or redemption mechanics at any time. Milox is not liable for any perceived loss of virtual balances due to account termination, policy enforcement, technical errors, ad fill failure, or feature changes, except where required by applicable law.

7. Privacy and minimal data

Milox is designed to collect minimal information. We do not require your phone number, contact list, GPS location, or government ID. Photos are processed only when you choose to upload them. Our full practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

8. Advertising and third-party ad networks

The Service may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdMob, in feed, discover, notifications, and optional rewarded video placements. Ads are provided by third parties; Milox does not endorse advertised products, services, matrimonial listings, or employers.

Your use of ads and ad partners is also governed by our Advertising & Third-Party Ads Policy and by Google’s (and other partners’) terms and privacy policies. Milox is not responsible for ad content, advertiser conduct, or data processing by ad networks beyond what we disclose.

9. Third-party services and links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. Milox does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, or conduct. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, MILOX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY USER OR CONTENT IS ACCURATE, SAFE, LEGAL, OR RELIABLE; (C) ANY MATCH, RELATIONSHIP, OR OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USE OF THE SERVICE; OR (D) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MILOX AND ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, USER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISEMENTS, OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MILOX’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID MILOX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 1,000) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Milox and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your interactions with other users, online or offline; (d) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; (e) your violation of any third-party rights; or (f) any dispute arising from your posts, messages, profile information, or offline conduct connected to the Service.

13. Interactions with other users

You are solely responsible for your communications and interactions with other users, whether on or off the platform. Milox does not conduct criminal background checks and does not guarantee user safety.

Any decision to share personal information, meet in person, travel, send money, or engage in offline activity is entirely at your own risk. You should exercise caution and follow our Safety guidance.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or platform risk.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described on our Delete Account page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith contact with our support team. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

17. General

• These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Milox regarding the Service.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
